Pros

Great company to work for. They really provide you with tools needed to succeed. Work from home and the ability to create a flexible schedule.

Cons

You cannot always control some of the metrics you are held accountable for.

Pros

Flexible hours with the ability to work from home. Great position for students looking to pick up some extra funds. Hilton hotel discounts and free stays on select days is also a great plus. Frequent opportunities to apply to other departments within company.

Cons

As with any customer service position, customers can be difficult when their reservation requirements are unavailable.

Pros

Work from home, so no commute time which means I save on gas. Also, there are great benefits.

Cons

Different work schedule than discussed during interview process. I work swings and weekends so that cuts away from the family time with my little ones, school aged mostly.
