Pros

People you work with are kind and welcoming.

Cons

Micro-management, high turnover, bullying mentality, only employ white staff, if the CEO does not like you - you will know about it, unrealistic targets and payment structure is a scam.

Pros

Loyal to their team Invests in training, assistance and motivation No empty promises with goals or incentives/commissions Various incentives that are achievable, and worth it! Flexible with personal life, and motivates time-off to ensure no burn-outs occur. Transparent communications, systems and teams Exposure to a broad range of industries and softwares Diverse, equal and fair with decision-making Considerate when it comes to facing challenges Supportive mentally and physically in daily work tasks. Clear line of management who are easy to approach when necessary Very upbeat and goal-oriented people filled with a drive for recruitment and performance You are provided with equipment to do the job effectively, like your laptop, headset, etc.

Cons

Tough industry, you need to put in effort daily to get the results you want Ongoing training and exposure to new systems to keep up with the recruitment trends, if you want to use the same system for years, then this is not for you. Ongoing performance management throughout the year and daily deadlines/tasks to fulfill, if you're someone who can easily fall behind with tasks and feel easily overwhelmed, then recruitment is not for you. Very independent work, you determine your results, this can sometimes lead to burnout sessions or feeling like you don't know where to start. Requires extreme organizing and admin skills, you'll need to be able to handle various boards and admin systems daily and keep them up to date. Minimum employee benefits, but working from home definitely makes up for that.
