Pros

One of the standout aspects is how they encourage you to stretch beyond your comfort zone. You develop new skills quickly, while being supported by a nurturing culture and team-orientated employees.

Cons

Your role can become diverse quite quickly, especially if you are performing. Time management and communicating with top management on what priorities are becomes important.

Pros

There are some incentives that allow for a day off or to leave a bit earlier

Cons

Unreasonable KPIs Not enough training/support Massive pressure with little support Overly competitive work culture Extreme micro-management Previous employees are gossiped about and trash-talked The work hours stated in the contract are just for show - you are expected in hours earlier and are considered "late" if you arrive at the time stated in your contract Some people may make it here but from my experience, most start, "fail" and move on very quickly.
