Pros

The staff at Hire Resolve were great.

Cons

- Absolutely no career progression - Micro-management - CEO is the worst I've ever come across. Changed a lot and took it out on the employees of the company. - Only hires young females - A lot of overtime without flexibility - Management always made it seem like you were the problem - Tries to work people out based on personal reasons - Blamed employees for wanting "green pastures" without taking accountability for the toxic work environment

Team leaders are really nice and helpful

Cons

The entire company is so toxic. They like to hire young females so that they have full control. I really hated working here. Unrealistic expectations and alot of overtime work. Micromanaging to the extreme. CEO reads your emails. Stagnant career progression.

There is no stiffness here; everyone is friendly and contributes to a great working environment. The incentives for hard work are motivating and provide visibility with the CEO and top management, which encourages me to strive even harder. The company’s strong focus on client satisfaction further enhances my motivation. Additionally, the open-door policy creates a welcoming atmosphere, allowing even newcomers like myself to seek guidance and support from anyone in the organization
