- I had a great direct manager at the time who really taught me a lot - My colleagues were all lovely to work with

Cons

- Little pay - Poor commission structure - Operations team made our lives harde - Upper management had no time for us (CEOS) - No growth or progression in the company

Great company , great people, great culture. No desk cost. Great Team leaders , fantastic tools that support recruiters. Supportive HR department. Excellent Legal , finance & Marketing department. Colleagues that work here become friends for life.

Cons

Expectations are high in order to be the best recruiters in the industry. If you are unable to be the best or have a poor work ethic , you will probably not last here. But those that do well here, do really well.
