      Pros

      Good employee benefits (specially in US, Canada and Europe). In service industry offers competitive compensations. Few leaders are extremely gem and if you are in their vertical you learn, grow and add a lot of value to the whole ecosystem.

      Cons

      Too much re-organization and change in financial cycles (back and forth). Ready to hire a lateral at 2x than giving good raises to existing employees even if they are rated outstanding. The new management's DNA is all about how to make our boss happy (has a myopic view) It's becoming just like another Cognizant.
