Leadership, vision, culture, and sales compensation plan all have gone downhill the last 24 months.
Terrible Americas mgmt and regional leadership in the West is horrible. CRO isnt much better either. Just check the other reviews. There has been greater than a 70% turnover rate for sales professionals in the West in about a year. Take a hint, its not the reps fault Vantara.
Hitachi has lost sight of the fact that customers drive their business. There is no transparency in decision making from any level of management. Employees are being treated horribly and HR seems to be fully complicit. There is zero hope on the horizon which is why the mass exodus in sales is happening which leads one to believe that driving out all of the sales reps is a strategy especially with the merger with Hitachi Consulting being finalized in January 2020.
Don't work here if you are in sales. We've had people come in and leave in less than 90 days on numerous occasions in the last 6 months.
