Cons

I received the verbal offer, and they agreed to all visa/immigration requirements at first. But then they wanted me to start ASAP, so told me they can't agree to my immigration requirements. All this after giving me the verbal offer and agreeing to all visa/immigration requirements!!! The management of HR also tried to force me to accept the way that benefits company, without understanding candidate's situation.
