We have changer the company name 3 times in 3 years. Sr Management has no content of how to run this company. They took a strong respected company and have run it into the ground. Communication is terrible and the HR function is terrible

Good hardware, bad software and no sales

The storage product has very solid hardware, but the software feature is bad and the documentation is not clear. A lot of talented people work there.

Cons

HV is becoming another IBM - a lot of delivery, implementation, support work have been moved to Asia - not recommend to join this company for North America people (US and Canada).
