• The backend digital tools are horrible and archaic. If you want to be a digital company, you need to speed up the 30+ year old system. • Outsourcing more to India and other countries for internal process has significantly sacrificed quality. Everything I’ve received from HR or expenses is WRONG. Always! • The company has scheduled major company-wide events over Jewish holidays for the last 3 years that I’m aware. Passover, Rosh Hashanah and NEXT 2019 is over Yom Kippur. I don’t think they are outwardly anti-semitic, I just think the company is incredibly inconsiderate and the events team is behind the times and last minute so the only times that are open for these big events are holidays that no other company would be so rude to schedule over.

The company is systematically destroying the business. They really couldn't do a better job of it if they tried. They have either removed or prodded to leave through poor decision making the upper middle management that had the relationships to sell work. They have hired and promoted top level management starting with the CEO who do not understand the consulting business. Even as they recently had layoffs of billable employees, they keep hiring and promoting high level non-billable management layers creating more overhead with less billable resources to spread the cost across. I see no path forward for this company and question if it will last the next two years.
