Distribution center only cares about numbers, not employees. Keep your production up to 90 or above or you're a goner. Fellow employees wil mow you down trying to pull their items. and if you're slow, look out, you have to get out ot THEIR way. And of course you can't make your production if you can't work and have to wait for others to fill their orders.

They will have you doing anything and everything, but a consistent workload. You have to keep track of so many things, so many rules that it can be taxing. Management can see you opportunistically, so just be courteous and leave when you have to.
