Run, don't walk

Pros

Seeing unique artwork come in that customers want framed.

Cons

I have never walked away from a job before, but the level of disrespect given from those above you is appalling. Hypocrite Lobby does not practice what they preach. They leave literature in the breakroom that discusses how you should treat everyone as if they have value, yet you are not treated as such. There is no feedback process whatsoever, because Hobby Lobby thinks that they know everything there is to know about running a business.

Unprofessional

Pros

Pay is better than most for the same job type. For the most part co-workers are nice and care about doing a good job for the company.

Cons

Management openly highers personal friends instead of advancing employees within the company. The manager rules, promises employees one thing but does another without notification or explaination. Favoritism is a management style.
