Pros

Very professional setting, yet very relaxed at the same time. Supervisors are very laid back as long as you do your job well.

Cons

Customer service based jobs may be stressful at times due to the high volume of students to serve. That's about it.

Pros

The compensation is competitive with similar companies. The university is clean, up-to-date, and extraordinarily beautiful. The faculty is agreeable and fun to work with.

Cons

Supervisors do not always give subordinates the respect they deserve. Also, the university is located in Hempstead (which is not the nicest city).

Pros

The staff extras, secretaries, grad students, interns were great. The Chair was oblivious to the other profs. But it did help with the college costs

Cons

This is a very liberal school. Any ideas outside of those that are politically correct are treated as hateful. There is no such thing as a fair assessment. if you are a Christian.
