I have been working with this company for two years and have done nothing but grow. They stay true to their word and as long as you prove yourself and work hard and show dedication the rewards will come. Your actions do not go unnoticed, I work really hard for a year and finally got the opportunity to go into the apprenticeship and get my own company truck pay raise and all the other perks that come along with putting your best foot forward in all aspects of this work

Cons

Takes time to build knowledge about all the aspects of cranes but that's only because we work with a variety of different brands of cranes. Also a good bit of travel but comes with great perdiem and benefits

I believe at some point I was paid? I had a few paid holidays? I'm writing this so I didn't die from being fast on my feet and being alert.

Cons

Take everything you can think of negative about working somewhere and you can apply it to this company. Anything. Low pay, disorganized management, favoritism, revolving door of employees.
