Pros

Competitive salaries, very nice stock options, remote work friendly, flexible working hours, almost flat management structure, very transparent company. Not much management related procedures (almost no meetings, etc).

Cons

A lot of legacy stuff, very complex architecture with , night shifts.

Cons

You have to be excellent and very dedicated to stick around. If you are not dedicated to work this is not the place for you.
