Pros

The people are dedicated and passionate about their work. Very knowledgeable staff.

Cons

Management seems uninterested in staff or daily operations, staff is very clique-y. If you dont fit it, you will not last.

Cons

Unorganized ,incompetent people who have no real direction when it comes to operating a hotel let alone management experience. Prefers to hire immigrants and take advantage of them while bypassing citizens that constantly apply there for work.
