Pros

Travel perks, points incentives, meeting/banquet space discounts

Cons

Support either doesn’t fix issues but claim they did or creates a new issue in the process of fixing the current one.

Pros

Clocking out At least you get a paycheck

Cons

From the very start my experience was unpleasant. Management intentionally lied about my wage, which was a dollar less than I was told once I read my first pay stub. Favoritism and laziness in the workplace was rampant, which explained the high turnover. We never had enough linens so I had to repeatedly go back and forth to the laundry room. I finally quit without giving my notice after I discovered my timesheet for the week "missing" when I returned from my day off.
