Pros

The employees get rewarded for their time and effort, all staff are treated equally, customers appreciate the effort you put in to make their stay the best and most comfortable.

Cons

Can't really say much other than the hours I get offered being a bit hit and miss. Everything is pretty great to be honest.

Full knowledge of organisational culture and its dishes. Holiday inn Bulawayo apprentice 2006 to 2009. Been with the organisation for 6 years .

Cons

Many companies used to take employees from holiday inn since are well trained. Needs good retention scheme to avoid braindrain.

Pros

great coworkers awesome guests/regulars great if you work at the restaurants and you make tips ( if money is all you care about)

Cons

Long hours No overtime pay no benefits part time status (full time hours) they don't care about their employees they will make you come into work sick no life outside of work
