- Flexible hours - Socials - Nice working environment - Opportunities to impact the design of many events - Management listen to your inputs - Good first job to gain customer facing experience

Cons

- Long hours - Demanding environment - High pressure - No set hours (go home when everything is tidy) - No subsidy to travel home if in the early hours. - No extra pay for unsociable hours

nice people, company culture is ok

direct manager is not a pleasant person to work with, bad time organizing, like push everything to the last minute, doesn't allow employee to take 3weeks no pay leave. ..
