Pros

Great Guests, Kind Staff, good environment

Cons

No PTO or Benefits even when working Full time for over 9 months because of filing status as Part Time. Will screw employees over for money because money is more important than people will ever be.

Disgusting culture

Pros

Cleaning job is already degrading itself and for me to get fired for nothing is just disgusting.

Cons

I was laid off because the management fabricated "evidence", claiming that 2 other workers saw me not do my beds, allegedly, just before I was scheduled for a pay raise (coincidence right?). Well, I am not 100% certain if the workplace is just cliquey or it is just a crappy workplace, but hear me out: We signed a contract and it specifically said I would get warnings if I failed to do certain things with a VERY SPECIFIC EXCLUSION that they could fire if the employees did not do the beds right, which was funnily something I "missed out" on doing before my scheduled pay raise. I think this is the management's way of minimizing budget, but this is a very trivial and disgusting way to tackle a mere budgetary issue in these difficult times.
