Pros

Many opportunities for bonuses for all employees to make extra pay. As long as every employee does their part in communicating and working together keeping a positive environment then it's a wonderful place to work. Many incentives and volunteering for the communities around and a great support system with HR department that any employee can call.

Cons

Manager gets stuck working long hours keeping them away from family, but is part of the job.

Mindless underpayed work

Pros

This job works if you're just needing to bring in the cash fast. Pays weeks and hiring process is fast.

Cons

Doesn't pay well enough. They are constantly understaffed. And you don't get paid more for constantly picking up slack.

Pros

Holiday is a strong, fast growing company company that provides nice compensation and bonus plans. A good place to develop management skills. I enjoy my coworkers as well as my district manager.

Cons

Holiday's labor budgeter is unrealistic. It causes you to keep a skeleton crew and when you lose some one, be ready to not have a life while you try to find a good employee to replace them. The month of April I had 2 days off. Not being allowed to have extra employees in case things like this happen leaves you constantly short handed. I'm on track to make more money this year with bonuses (we are a Pinnacle winning store) than I ever have in my life and, unfortunately, I am currently looking for new a new job after 10 years at Holiday. I'm tired of constantly working (with no over time, mind you), having to change my weekend/vacation plans, and stressing out whenever someone quits/is fired because I have no one to fill the shifts. The money isn't worth it.
