- The break room is nice and clean. - The perks of being a travel agent. ie. Discounts, free travel, free meals

Cons

- Vegan Propaganda. - The owner yells and berates his management team. - The company is based on saving money yet the discounts provided to it's members are marginal at best. - The volume of incoming calls is insane. - Cult Mentality

Pay is good - but that's only because the CEO knows he has to overpay to keep you

Cons

Awful work environment especially for managers and above. The CEO only operates on his time and expects managers to stay well past 8pm on multiple nights. The CEO is a roided out freak who yells at everyone while banging his desk and throwing things. He never misses an opportunity to let you know how stupid you are simply because you can't read his mind. If you are a female, do not even think about working here. The "c" word is pretty commonplace here to describe women.

Cons

High Expectation which promotes personal growth at the expense of your sanity and livelihood. The individuals who are acting as managers have zero clue what a leader is. They are modeling the behavior and characteristics of a tyrannical and insane CEO with abusive behavior, openly discussing confidential employee matters and blatant lying to everyone including themselves. I have never in my life had the misfortune of working in such a hopeless work environment. Candidates beware!
