Transfer opportunities, good benefits, just added Aflac, flexible with schedule when needed, hands on manager, operations has open door policy

Cons

No 401K, you have to wait a year to get vacation

Pros

Flexible with my start time as I was having family issues and needed to start earlier, employees can bring their babies to work. Pay was good and I liked working Monday - Friday.

Cons

My manager was out because an injury so had to rely on other managers outside my department for questions or approvals. Sometimes frustrating if I needed something immediately but everyone chipped in to help.

Pros

Always has been good people and good compensation. Lately I’ve seen an influx of new hires and we have heard that we have a lot of new business coming in. It feels exciting. If anyone is looking to join a growing and good company, I recommend applying.

Cons

Break rooms need to be modernized. Vending machines are old and some of the restaurants around here have closed. If we could get coffee and food from the vending machines and use our debit cards that would help.
