Pros

Environment is comfortable and supportive. Most people genuinely want to help or do a good job. Managers care about feed back and want to know how to improve working conditions. There’s a great work life balance that is promoted

Cons

Hologic is notorious for underpaying compared to other biotechs in the area

Thanks for your review. I do not agree, we do regular compensation reviews throughout the year at both the position and regional levels. Combined with the generous benefits packages we offer, we are confident we are providing competitive pay for all sites and positions.
