Plenty of room to move around/up. Good work/life balance depending on your team. Great company with a great mission

Some bosses can be quite strict which may upset work/life balance

Pros

Projects are exciting, Facilities are great, enjoyable working atmosphere.

Cons

Temporary employee's are not treated like human beings with little prospect of advancement. Huge segregation between full time and temporary staff. Temps are made to feel like 2nd class citizens who can be terminated without any notice.
