Pros

When I get my mammogram, I always choose Hologic. The mammography and biopsy products are best in class. The surgery portfolio is promising. Some teams, especially analytics and business development are really talented.

Cons

If you are interviewing for a role in Breast sales or marketing team, pay attention to the attrition factor. Both teams, especially the marketing team has lost so many talented people as the new leadership arrived. The new leaders lack long term vision, run the ship quarter to quarter, and do not empower their people. You simply don’t hear from the marketing leaders. It is just posturing in the emails, meetings and social media. If you are interviewing, do some homework about the new leadership and your manager and their ability to assess talent and run a business. Get a good mentor. Ask the tough questions - how are your peers developing? What opportunities have been provided to them?

Horrible company

Pros

Life saving devices for women's health

Cons

The cyber security teams in MA and CA are clueless, they suffer from insecurity because of their technical inferiority so they have no clue how to hire good people, it seemed like they don't want to hire people who know more than they do! The interview process could go on for many months with little to no communication.

Toxic Sales Culture

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Opportunity to make somewhat decent income if you want to sell your soul to them.

Cons

Incredibly toxic culture. Leadership does not value reps that work hard and allows reps that don’t work hard but have performing territories to get away with anything even if it goes against all values the organization says they adhere to. They gaslight you into thinking you are the problem, take no ownership for their own shortcomings, and HR is a joke - they will always side with leadership even when it is unethical behavior. All of leadership came from Stryker and they are running it as such.
