Pros

A talented workforce, all ex Stryker or Med device employees multiple incentives for an increase in pay as long as you perform The job itself is stimulating and it's nice helping women who are in need.

Cons

no company car, given a car allowance honestly not enough money for all the miles you put on your car. expect to drive 30-40,000 miles each year. There are better med device sales jobs No real sense of teamwork; everybody is remote in their own separate territories and rarely will help team members. Not much comradery. Managers only care if you hit your goals/quota. Mine didn't care about me as an individual.

Great overall mission statement and company culture

Cons

Lack of growth. I asked my direct manager for a career development plan and he told me they didn't do that. I also pushed to be part of new initiatives and my manager kicked the can down the road for months. It wasn't due to a lack of trust as I earned praise from business partners. The issue may have been in IT and my manager.

Great leadership, room for growth, strength driven organization, competative benefits

Cons

Consistancy from the top down to all departments. Lots of flexibility and that looks different for everyone but some departments are 100% onsite when their work could be done remote which can be unfair for depertments.

We have intentionally left the decisions about where and how teams work to the local managers; they are in the best position to understand the specific needs of their teams. I encourage you to have an honest dialogue with your manager especially if you are in a personal situation that may require additional flexibility.
