Hologic is a market leader and their products genuinely help patients. Great benefits and work life balance.

Cons

The diagnostic division is flailing. In a one year period they lost over half of their sales force, and they didn’t care. They also have fired a lot of upper management. People that tried to speak out against what needs to change were threatened, there is a culture of toxic positivity and it’s very unfortunate.

Great coworkers. Strong mission to provide the best care for women's health.

Cons

Poor work life balance. Very little upwards mobility. Inadequate management. Rewards with "pizza parties instead of financial compensation. No recognition of above and beyond work. Lack of transparency. Environment can be political at times.
