Very few training and advancement opportunities. Distinct lack of diversity at all levels, particularly in management/leadership. Staff are predominately white males, very much a boys club. Many examples of females completely disregarded from promotion opportunities in several departments, particularly on maternity leave. This amounts to unfair exclusion. This does not align with company’s own discrimination policies. There is no right to reply as the issues are referred to managers to investigate who are the very people actioning the discrimination.

the manchester finance department is very toxic. Wrong people in supervisor roles, no training but then massive responsibility. No one to ones. You are expected to manage month ends and year ends from the minute you start with people asking all sorts of questions when you have had zero training. The consensus is the same across the board and so many unhappy people. There's a false perception that it's got a great culture but if the amount of people leaving on a weekly and monthly basis is anything to go by then it's definitely not. Pay is below market rate.
