      Great Mission, But Leadership and Consistency Need Improvement

      Hologic has incredible team members and develops outstanding products that truly make a difference in the world. When under the right leadership, the performance culture shines—opportunities feel endless, commitments are kept, and you can thrive professionally.

      Cons

      During times of change, there’s a lot of “carrot dangling” to retain top performers, but follow-through on promises is often inconsistent. This undermines trust and creates frustration, especially when underperformers continue to be rewarded while high performers are left feeling unrecognized. The lack of accountability and alignment with stated values can make it hard to fully buy into the company’s culture and direction.
