We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback. It is unfortunate that you feel our managers are disconnected and that our employees do not have the opportunity to voice their opinions and new innovative ways of doing things. These two themes that you have described are two culture shifts that we have invested significant resources into and will continue doing so. We realize how important it is to have a supportive management team who is capable of removing barriers and supporting you to achieve more and better. Thank you for providing your perspectives. Our talented and engaged leaders are all committed to delivering our Purpose. Importantly, while we can do better, we are proud of the progress we have made with respect to building diverse leadership teams. Specifically, we now have equal gender representation at our VP level across sales in and outside of the US and equal representation across our U.S. sales directors. We still have more work to do but encouraged by our progress. Thank you for your time while at Hologic and we wish you continued success in your career.
