Terrible Communication Very inexperienced Regional Sales Manager and particularly a weak communicator/ problem solver. Lack of transparency/ competence, unable to lead by example, unable to solve problems, and complete lack of understanding for work/ life balance Significant lack of transparency during the interview process from a number of senior leaders Unethical recruiting/ illegal recruiting and false compensation claims Very weak compensation and poor ROI for the amount of time your expected to vest Extremely unorganized and inconsistent training practices
