      Watch out for the politics with Corporate leaders in MA

      Great Products to sell. Leader in the industry.

      Leadership is horrible. It's a popularity contest. Compensation structure has changed 25 times since the pandemic hit in March of 2020. The company developed an assay for COVID and completely took away the quarterly bonus structure for the sales reps. The company is killing it and the diagnostic division has carried the entire company throughout the pandemic, but leadership doesn't want to pay their sales reps who are on the front line doing all of the work. Leadership does their best every quarter to find ways not to pay their sales reps.
