      tough to impossible to convert from contract to perm.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your perspective. While each situation is different, we try our best to convert our temporary employees into permanent roles. This decision is based heavily on the needs of the business and may fluctuate across teams. However, we always look at our current employees before searching externally to fill our open roles. Although there may not have been an open permanent role when you ended your contract with Hologic, we encourage you to continue checking our careers page for future opportunities!

      Pros

      Mission around Passion, Purpose and Promise is powerful. Focus on women's health and the development of innovative products to help women is real.

      Cons

      Much of leadership is weak, driven by money and personal gain over building their organizations with any stability, or focus beyond the current month's sales. Engagement process and survey is a joke and it's become a competition for numbers, instead of focusing on the benefits of having really engaged employees. High pay is the retention policy.
