      Pros

      Good benefits, decent coworkers. These are the only things saving this from one star.

      Cons

      Horrible management and no support to train managers to actually be better Surprisingly toxic culture that rewards alpha-ness considering its focus on women's health. Obsession with micro budget/revenue at the expense of long term vision. A lot of stuff at this company feels like it's for appearances and lacks substance.
