Pros

Nothing really. A couple ppl working there were nice and friendly

Cons

Managers are unreasonable and overbearing. They like to micro managing. And there is no room for question. If you ask a question, it will be treated as if you are challenging their power instead of just trying to understand the task better. Managers cannot keep their own words and will bad mouth about you behind your back. Very unprofessional.

Pros

If you want to fly under the radar this is the perfect place to do that. As long as you don't rock the boat you can find stability here.

Cons

The culture here is casual (very unprofessional) and old fashioned. If you enjoy growth and making processes better don't work here. A lot of people have been with the company for a long time and they despite change and anyone who brings it about. Rude and unprofessional behavior is the norm and rewarded. I chose to leave quickly because it was not worth putting up with such unprofessional, small minded individuals when pay and career advancement opportunities are so small.

Updated office, flexible working hours.

Cons

Upper management keeps to themselves six floors above all the worker bees. No supervision allows bad/lazy employees to get away with not working and dressing like slobs. Very negative overall culture. Employees don't feel like anyone in upper management cares about them or their career advancement. Loved my work. Didn't love the company culture.
