Benefits Free Sodas in the fridge Free Food sometimes (albeit leftovers)

Poor work culture for employees Other departments are able to dictate your work Co workers willing to throw each other under the bus to gain favortism Lack of opportunity to grow or gain raises Stressful work environment

Good Snacks In Breakroom, Clean Office

Cons

New squad leader of Accounting is truly a “CONTROLLER” - She’s a nice/nasty condescending controller. She has everyone in the department on the verge of quitting. Four ppl have already quit including me. She needs to go before you lose the whole department. Also, lots of micro-managing with too many bosses.

Pros

I can only speak for IT department but i'd say its been a pleasure. people are nice and we worked together well as a team. The new office is excellent and employees are given lots of freedom, space, and privacy.

Cons

high turn over... same day let go(s) without any warning.
