Training is straightforward, mostly because everything is boiled down to pushing speed over quality.

Cons

The main problem was the aggressive pressure culture. Targets and expectations were pushed hard without any practical support, and the message was basically “hit numbers or get blamed,” regardless of what was actually happening in the field. Instead of focusing on sustainable performance, leadership leaned on stress and urgency as motivation, which quickly turns into burnout. The environment felt more like being squeezed for output than being set up for success.

Cons

The leaders of Home Genius Exteriors are liars, and they don't care about their own employees. They are apathetic and manipulative, and they consistently lie to employees for their own agendas. Employees here have no job security and don't have a decent environment that's conducive to learning. This place is terrible because of the kind of leadership we have.
