High energy, performance is rewarded, no excuse/aggressive sales tactics at top of market pricing, opportunities are endless for those that bring in the dollars.

Cons

Decisions are made at the top with very little due diligence. Gut feelings steer the ship and expansion plans. Some key decisions are made with bad information depending on who is trying to save their own skin. Back stabbing is the norm and is standard practice.

Previously was paid well Sitting at a desk all day

Cons

Management lies directly to your face over and over Bonuses will be cut, bonuses will be "calculated" incorrectly, and done in a way to take money out of your paycheck. There is zero accountable from management for their actions even when it directly costs their employees thousands of dollars. You will have to follow up with management repeatedly to get paid what they owe you and then they will never apologize.

Good leads most days, great benefits and bonuses when you hit milestones.

Cons

Management is practically a boys club. If they’re in the market, they cherry pick leads and pull them off of you trying to make themselves look better than what they are. Also find any reason to delay promotions
