Pros

There are some great clients if you are lucky enough to work with the nicer crowd. If you are able to work hospice most families will treat you very fairly. The hourly rate is great if you are able to work reasonable hours.

Cons

This is by far one of the worst companies i have ever worked for in my life. The hours are sporadic and the management doesn't give you a shred of respect. There are many times when you will be expected to work for two hours at a time with gaps of six or more hours between. If you are lucky enough to work more then twenty hours in a week you have to be very careful to keep track of your hours. Since i began working for this company more then 30 times i was shorted on hours. In my opinion this is one of the worst companies to work for at least in the Pa area. There are no benefits and the quarterly bonus is laughable at best .
