It is a large company with a small business feel. Local management seems to genuinely care about its employees. Benefits are not bad and pay is competitive for the industry.

Cons

I was hired for sales and spent a majority of time doing required non sales related activities. They also have an archaic facial hair/ dress code policy

Family atmosphere where you feel like a major part of the team. A great place to start out if you aren't familiar or don't have a lot of experience. Bot a hard sale so if you have a area with alot of builders then you should beat quota. No hard pressure selling.

Cons

No room for advancement. The pay structure needs to make it to where you are taking care of everyone not just the technicians.

I have not encountered any negatives with this company. True professionals that care about their customers and teammates.
