Self-management of assigned service route for the service technician team allows employees to take ownership of their success. Incredibly loyal customers.

Cons

Inclimate weather conditions during summer and winter creates challenges to route completion for the customers. Incomplete service due to weather conditions impacts technician's production based pay.
