Pros

Decent pay, Great atmosphere, the company itself is great. I love what we stand for and I love that we're able to go to the higher ups via phone or email if we have an important issue. Unlike with most companies who's higher ups don't even think about the "little" people. Overall, I really ove Home Team.

Cons

I think the company lacks a little bit of communication and understanding on just how hard the CSR's really work and what we deal with. we're expected to wear 100 hates with one head, and while the pay isn't terrible, I think the company could stand to pay us a little more for what we actually do on a day-to-day basis.
