The people for you work with are great we had a management changes and it’s became impossible to get a hold of them with any problems had to call the other technician for solutions

Cons

Management sucks they force for to be a salesperson CSR will tell a customer anything to get them off the phone and then the tech has to go and explain how the products we use work. You can plan out your entire day and the CSR will add stupid retreat for things like spiderwebs causing you to have to cancel customer that you already reached out too
