Pros

Awesome coworkers, occasional 20% discount, lunch.

Cons

low hours, rude and negative general manager who would not even acknowledge or say hello to half of the staff! lazy assistant manager who has a nasty attitude, clear favoritism . I was overjoyed to be part of the staff that was let go due to over hiring.

Pros

I really wish I could think of one, to give a balanced review. But I keep looking at the whole experience from a customer's point of view and therefore can't think of one pro.

Cons

The work is very hard and you feel like a horse or robot. You're pushed very hard. The morale was less like a job and more like a prison. There seemed to be more focus on pushing credit cards than providing great customer service. The furniture would practically fall apart right off the truck. So much of it had to be trashed before it even made it to the floor. None of it was real wood. When bad nicks or damage was on a piece a marker was used to cover it up. Some stuff was sent out to the floor with concealed structural damage. These practices weren't store specific. Very shady company.
