Pros
-company is young and growing (ie no hiring freezes, salary freezes) -majority of coworkers are under 35 - active after office life (HHs, Softball league, company parties)
Cons
-open office environment - ie no offices for anyone other than board members -success entirely dependent on internal politics and one high level manager's approval -when it comes to the actual job - no team work - everyone watches their own back. period. -constant fear of being "let go" - people get forced out on a regular basis -health plan is awful! -hiring is a "whose who" from management previous jobs - everyone brought is is known from a previous world
