Flexible schedule, good pay, some very dedicated long-time employees.

Cons

Company has been in disarray the past 2 years since the last round of Senior Leadership turnover. Arrogant outsiders with no clear vision or plan driving the business past the point of no return.

Cons

One manager in particular. Sexist, talks very demeaning so female employees and is rarely doing work unless his boss is coming.
