Pros

Meet some interesting people, short work days, hour lunch, offer benefits, closed holidays and weekends and get paid time off after a certain amount of time.

Cons

micromanaged, management treats employees like children. Revolving door, silly rah rah meetings and make you watch strange motivational materials.one minute late gets you a tick off

Pros

Holiday potlucks are delicious. Met some great people here. Looking back I enjoyed the culture a lot. The underpaid management has a tendency to act like grade school teachers, but you don't have to deal with that a lot.

Cons

You work on a shitty platform with outdated technology. There is no focus on quality. Its a sales driven company, where the salesmen make promises that no one intends to deliver and the company doesn't do anything to fix this. Its target clientele is backwoods realtors that have no idea what a computer is. The pay is a joke, but its also very easy.

Pros

Homes as seen many changes over the past few years, guiding it to becoming a respectable IT company. Great people and a great environment. Rapid growth. I see a real desire to bring in and home-grown some of the best IT people in the business.

Cons

Still some growing pains shifting into a full IT mindset. A bit of product/project ADD.
