      Pros

      Working in IT at Homes.com has been full of opportunity to roll up your sleeves and dig into exciting, web scalable technologies. The company understands the challenges of running a high traffic national website while maintaining the balance of personal freedom and innovation. The work environment is casual with a fun atmosphere yet always productive.

      Cons

      The corporate environment of the parent company can be "stuffy" at times. They can be slow to action on less than stellar employees.

      Pros

      I have been with the company several years now and have seen many changes which all have been for the better. The company has gone from print to an internet company and they are doing a good job making the transition. The division I work with in the company has great management and makes coming to work enjoyable. I am able to dabble in many fields of technology and work with other divisions. Dominion Enterprises is fairly large but breaks the businesses into smaller divisions which makes it more like working for a smaller business.

      Cons

      There really isnt any cons of working here. There were many in the past which have been corrected in recent years.

      Pros

      Good culture that rewards ideas and innovation. Hard work is noticed and appreciated. Very flexible work schedule, and a generally fun work environment (at least in our office). Senior management is very interested in employee feedback and satisfaction.

      Cons

      Compensation is fair but not overly generous. Low turnover rate (a good thing!) can seem to limit promotion opportunities. Occasional prioritization issues with projects.
