Parking. Pizza once a month. Access to a mall.

The interview was essentially an interrogation . They promised a lot and delivered little. I sold ads in one state and they delivered the client leads from an entirely different state. When I brought this to their attention, they handled it with no sense of urgency. I lost the client and that was enough for me. I resigned and three weeks later the fired the managers and over half of the sales staff.

Management sold us on the premise that the company was solid gold and that the future was bright at dominion enterprises and homes.com. 8 employees quit within my first two months at homes.com. Was told that they had budgeted for 20 more account executives shortly after hire! The company decided to do a force reduction just before thanksgiving. Got rid of all the new hires and 3 managers. In total 15 people were let go and the kept 11

8 weeks of $480 guaranteed weekly paycheck.

Cons

After 8 weeks, pay goes down to $8/hr + "commission", but good luck ever getting any. Breaks are scheduled and lunch as well. Horrible management that only cares about how many dials are made.
